Participants will learn this unique approach of problem solving that integrates best techniques from Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, and other problem solving methodologies.
Participants will gain thorough understanding of strengths and weaknesses of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, and other problem solving the methodologies and how integrating them will lead to phenomenal results for any organization.

8D Training Class
Participants will learn leadership role in each of the 8D steps and how to drive an effective and efficient use of 8D methodology for their organization.
Participants will learn details of tools and techniques to be utilized in each of the 8D steps and how to apply them for problem solving opportunities for the organization
Participants will acquire thorough knowledge of tools and techniques for each of 8D steps and will be working through multiple hands-on activities which will enable them to lead team members for effective and efficient utilization of 8D methodology.

Lean Six Sigma Training Classes
Leaders will learn how to implement lean six sigma methodology successfully in their organization. It includes benchmarking information that leaders can leverage
Participants will gain understanding of the DMAIC methodology and learn how to apply it to real-world problem solving
Participants will learn key tools and techniques for each step of DMAIC methodology so that they can actively participate and contribute as a team member on problem solving activities of the organization.

Design Thinking Training
Participants will learn each of the steps of Design Thinking Framework. It will allow participants to generate innovative ideas that may allow an organization to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs and even gain new customers / market share.
Participants will be given a real life challenge and participants will be working through each step of Design Thinking framework by conducting empathy interviews, defining the opportunity, generating ideas through innovative techniques and then working through building a low-resolution model for their innovative solution and testing their solution. In the past, this has lead to ideas that have generated millions of dollars of revenue for an organization and even new patents
